Bring back the monsters from the past just for the wondrous occasion of hallow's eve and weekend. This marks roughly marks one year since I started shooting, then editing and brought an idea from the paper to fruition.
Also wanted to take the opportunity to sincerely thank all of my friends who've supported me through this adventure. Hopefully i shall continue to bring weird creatures from my mind to life and to your screens.
And, a special thank you to the model for putting up with this nonsense, thank you for being patient, suggestive and brilliantly cooperative, without you all this would not be possible.
Hello Vru Just letting you know that this wonderful photograph has been featured in my latest journal "pain...silence...suspended_no words needed" [link] Have a great day!
you thrive on contrast dont you...not just the themes....but also most of your monochromes...i really like this artwork....the wrinkles over the nose and forehead grab my attention but cause of the high contrast the left side of her face is really blacked out to an extent that all features are hidden....personally id like to look at a little more features fading into darkness...
but it really is your picture...and its your composition....and it really is wonderful
I feel safe with black and white, knowing that the concept and message im trying to convey will get there. Color always seems to be a distraction and its too difficult to control, especially for someone who doesn't shoot inside a studio, and I dislike not having that control. And, yeah mate i love contrast ahaha. I hate to self promote so shamelessly, but if detail is what you're after then look at the Mute series, you might enjoy that.
Ahaha Fair point mate. I like to enjoy other conversation in getting to know people better, im not here just for my art, but to look at others and learn a thing or two. And i don't wanna be monotonic and keep pushing people towards my work. If they're attracted to it, they will look at it. Simple as. lol
Have a great day!
